STEPS FOR ORDERING PRODUCT
All customers must register with us before make any order on our website. Registration process is very simple and easy. You just need to have a valid email address to create your User Account.
Step 2: Ordering Information
Upon successful of user verification, you need to check and fill up the Order Form. The Order Form contains the Billing Information and Shipping/Delivery Information sections.

Billing Information
The information in your user profile is used for billing information. If you want to change your billing information, you need to update your profile by login your User Account in prior.
This information should match the billing information for Credit/Debit Card / Paypal you are planning to use.

Shipping/Delivery Information
Fill up the shipping/delivery information. This delivery information is very important and the address you will provide herein will be used for product delivery.
Please make sure you use a valid email address. The invalid one would make you having trouble receiving emails from us.
We do not use a shipping/delivery address that you prefilled/refilled or appears in your Paypal or Credit/Debit card payment processing form.
Click "Continue" button to review your order summary. Also, double-check your order. If you need to make any changes, click on the appropriate link and make the necessary changes.
If your order information is correct, click "Send Order" button to proceed with your order submission.
Step 4: Payment
You are advised to make a complete payment before the payment due date stated in your invoice, otherwise your order will be cancelled and all ordering information will be permanently removed from our system.
You may make payment by the following options:-

Option 1: Payment by Bank-in Cash / Cash Deposit / Bank-in Transfer / Account Transfer / Electronic Transfer (ET) or online payment.
You can make a payment through ATM, over the Bank Counter or Online payment. The payment shall be made payable to "WARISAN TEMURUN ENTERPRISE" at Maybank Account No: 563019249570.
If you've selected to pay by cash deposit at ATM machine, for some cases the payment amount has to be rounded up in order the ATM machine to accept it, for example, $19.00 be rounded up to $20.00. The $1.00 extra payment is non-refundable and would be donated to the welfare societies that we think appropriate.
IMPORTANT:
You must submit the "Payment Confirmation Form"
to us by online if you've made a payment by this option. The payment and its Payment Confirmation Form must reach us before the payment due date. This information is very important for us to verify your payment status.
Login to your " User Account" to access the "Payment Confirmation Form".

Option 2: Payment by Credit/Debit Card / Paypal / MOL
To make your payment by Credit/Debit Card / Paypal / MOL you need to login to your " User Account". Then, click the invoice button to view your invoice details. Find a payment option which you are preferred with.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
Upon click the Credit/Debit Card /Paypal / MOL button you would be diverted to our merchant accounts who handling the payment transaction process. Fill up the payment form as required to fulfillment the payment process.
Double check the total amount transferred to the Credit/Debit card Payment Form or the total amount that you need to insert in the Payment Form must be the same amount in your invoice. If the amount is correct, then proceed with your payment.
Payment by PayPal Account
If you already got a PayPal account, it is fast and easy to make a payment. You just click the PayPal "Pay Now" button and a new window will come out for you to login your PayPal account. Enter your Paypal ID and Password, and then your account information is shown.
Double check the total amount transferred to the PayPal Payment Form is the same amount in your invoice. If the amount is correct, then click "Pay Now" button to make your payment.
You are advised not to change your confirmed shipping address in Paypal Account. Any changes on shipping address might have a re-confirmation request and possibly delay the payment transaction. In addition, we only use the shipping/delivery address that you have submitted in your Order Form only.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you still can make a payment under the PayPal by Credit/Debit Card. Just fill up the credit/debit card payment form as required to fulfillment the payment process.

Please take note that you ARE NOT REQUIRED to submit the Payment Confirmation Form if you've made a payment by Option #2. Your payment confirmation will be sent to us by our merchant account.
However, if you did not receive any response after payment has been made or do have any problem of payment transaction, then you may contact us by mention your Invoice Number and Transaction ID of payment.
Please login to check your Order Status from time to time where the order status will be kept updated online.

The physical goods/items will be delivered to the address that you provided during the ordering time only. We do not use a shipping/delivery address that you prefilled/refilled or appears in your Paypal or MOL/Credit/Debit card payment processing form.
